USS America Regatta

The U.S.S. America Trophy was first awarded by the Officers of the Aircraft Carrier U.S.S. America in 1971 and has been in competition ever since.

Classes and Types
All sailing one-design, cruising, and racing boats are invited. Divisions will be made accordingly.

$25 (closes at 6p.m. on 9/9):

Comprised of two race circles. The PHRF classes will meet south of the green bell at the mouth of Captain's Harbor. The one-design classes, Ideal 18, and Laser, will meet near the red bell south of Newfoundland Reef.

Races start at 1230 hrs sharp and will be completed by 1400 hrs.
