Only members who have fulfilled the certification process indicated in the Agreement above may Captain the boats in the OGYC Sail Fleet.
OGYC reserves the right to make changes, additions and deletions to the Program rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion, including, and without limitation, OGYC may limit access to its boats and facilities as it deems necessary.
Any changes to the above Agreement will be noted here by way of addendum.
